Dear Family

It has been awhile since anyone last posted on this blog. I was hoping that we could do a recipe thing on here. Being a new wife I could always use new recipes. I want some from childhood and any others. If you have any you would like to post I would greatly appreciate it. Things here are going well. I love and miss you all.

Apostolic Faith Bible College

Dear Family and Friends,
This coming August I have the opportunity to attend the Apostolic Faith Bible College in Baxter Springs, KS. (near Joplin, MO) The college is a two year course in which your main textbook is the Bible. I believe that God has told me to go and so I will. During Bible School I will continue my education with online college classes. I am both excited and scared. Please pray everything will go smoothly and that God's will be done in my life. We just got word that mom's foster daughter Sabrina is in the hospital. She is 25wks pregnant and will be on bedrest for the remainder of her pregnancy. House!

Dear Family,
I am just writing to let you all know that I bought a house. We close on April 30, 2009. It is very exciting and I can't wait to be in it. Justin will move in after we close and I will move in after we get married. I am getting so anxious for that time to come. Anyway, I just wanted to update everyone about what was going on in my world.

Justin and Kaleena

Hey family and friends, I hope you are all doing well. Justin and I are doing great. We decided to downsize on dogs so when we get married there will be no house dogs and just one outside dog. I gave my precious little dog to a friend of mine that works at the school. She has two little kids and then are a loving family. I know that Kata will be in a good family that will love her as much as I do. Justin is selling one of his as well. We don't know who will get him yet though. Also, we are going through a class called Financial Peace University and are learning lots of good ways to have a wonderful financial freedom. We go there to class tonight. We are also meeting with our pastor to discuss getting married at the church, prices and counseling.

The Olson's

Jeff is currently in Germany for two and a half weeks. He will be home the 18th of March. He is really enjoying his new job. Already he has been to London, South Africa, Germany and Switzerland. The last two on this current trip. He is going to send some pix so I will post them when I get them.
I spent two weeks in Tulsa in the 5th wheel with Jeff. The first week all five of us were there. Then Joy and Mollie went home with a friend whose father was in Sands Springs bringing a load of metal and taking back a load of hay. They rode in the semi with him and his wife and daughter.
Hannah and I stayed with Jeff and after Hannah was done with her school work we went house hunting. Nothing good yet on that front.
On Tuesday Hannah and I went to a movie that cost just 50 cents each. My kind of movie. Every Tuesday all day its just 50 cents each.
We are back in Hardesty now. Praying the house sells and Jeff comes home safe.

Engaged!

On Sunday, February 15, 2009 Justin asked me to marry him. We are looking at September 19, 2009 for a wedding so keep that date in your calendars. I will let you know for sure if that is the day or not within this week. I love you all.

Weather!

Today the weather is beautiful in the 60s. We have had such sereve weather that this is a nice change for my area. Things here are going well. I am VERY busy and I am hardly ever at home. Justin and I doing great but nothing really very exciting is going on, same ol same ol.

Snow and Ice!

Hey everyone, I hope you all are doing well. I think this family blog will be lots of fun and a way to stay in touch better. It will show the many generations we have and the love we have for each other.

Snow and ice are everywhere here in Branson. It has been boring have several days off of work but the snow is beautiful.
